Making a Purchase
1. Click the "Log in" button at the top right of the P5X Official Store and enter the Player ID you use when playing Persona5: The Phantom X.
2. After logging in, your Player Name and Player ID will be displayed. Please confirm that this is your account, then click “OK.”
3. After logging in, your Player ID will be displayed on the top part of the screen.
4. Select the items you would like to purchase.
5. Choose the method of payment you would like to use.
6. Confirm that you are logged in with your Player ID, enter the necessary information for your selected payment method, and complete the purchase.
7. Your purchased items will be delivered when you log in to the game.

1. Launch Persona5: The Phantom X and log in to the game.
2. Open the phone menu
3. Tap the character icon at the top labeled with your own name
4. Tap the three dots ("..."), then select "Copy ID"
*After logging in, your Player ID will also be displayed on the bottom right of the game screen
*Your Player ID is an 11-digit number
*Please note that the 8-digit number displayed in the User Center is not your ID
About Present Codes
• Present codes can be redeemed for in-game items.
• Present codes are case-sensitive. Please input uppercase and lowercase letters exactly as shown.
• Present codes may have expiration dates and/or usage limits.
• Present codes cannot be redeemed while the site is undergoing maintenance.
• Please be mindful of these details when redeeming present codes.
